Each stitch, skein of yarn and plant being coaxed into color have a singular intention, to bring the mind to a place of peace and the body into balance. Plant medicine on cloth, yarn as a means of sequestering carbon into the earth, dressing as a form of personal revolution to shift consciousness toward compassion.
A series of handwoven clothing, ranging from shift dress to ruana. All shibori patterns created by hand and then hand dyed in Japanese indigo or organic indigo from India plus other plant dyes and soaked in medicinal herbs, created 2010-2016
