A twenty minute soak in our mineral, herbal and plant oil rich bath helps to reduce pain, encourages relaxation and sleep and nourishes the skin and spirit.

For use as a bath soak or scrub. 10ounces provides up to 5 soaks

Soak- 3 tablespoons to bath, soak for at least 20 minutes. Do not rinse after bath for best results

Scrub- 1 tablespoon
