What you'll learn:   History of Indigo dyeing, the difference between natural and chemical indigo, how to create and properly use two types of food grade indigo vats.                                                                                                                                                     A basic foundation of the art of shibori and how to apply it to fabric

What to bring:   A few smaller side (tee/scarf/pillowcase/napkins) pre-washed items made from natural fibers (cotton/linen/silk)  nothing large or bulky

What to wear:   Old clothes and shoes you won't mind staining with indigo
